Uplands Habitat Enhancement Project
This project will employ a coordinator to encourage upland landowners and managers to apply for Rural Development Contract funds, thereby helping farm businesses and landowners to produce more diverse upland habitats and diversify into nature-based tourism (£49,273).
Borders Woodfuel and Renewable Energy Project
The main objective of this project is to establish an integrated supply chain for renewable energy technologies in the rural community (£64,500).
Innovation Area ’Inclusive Rural Economy’
Stable Life – Horse Therapy
Stable Life will offer referred young people the opportunity to participate in a programme of therapy sessions with horses, designed to result in positive and sustained attitude (£99,187).
